Whenever I eat here at US Egg it’s as if I’m part of the family everyone from the Manager and family owner George Gebran treats you with full respect and courteous as a VIP guest every time. The wait staff are super courteous and you can tell they love working here. I love starting my lunch here with a Bloody Mary with olives they have 4 different versions of this drink. Truly a drink to appreciate each time. The dishes are All American with a mix of southern styled cuisine from south of the border Jalapeño Burger to Texas styled – The Texan Omelette they even have an Arizona Burger, California Benedict, Veggie Benedict, Cheese Omelette Have it your Way, Chicken Taco Salad, Club Sandwich, I love all their salads like the Clubhouse Salad, Cobb Salad, Egg, Albacore & Chicken Salad, and the Popeye Salad is my very favorite, don’t miss out on the traditional Eggs Benedicts, French Toast for your sweet tooth, and try their HOT SKILLET dishes like the HALF & HALF Protein Pancakes & half IDAHO HOT SKILLET and then if you have room get the PROTEIN PANCAKES Filled w/ Wild Maine Blueberries it’s delicious! On another day get the SPECIALTY DISHES – Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs too good to miss out on. It’s just a heavenly place to relax and eat their comforting food every time. Only thing missing on the Menu is a Scottsdale Burger the CEO of Burgers. Be sure to say Hi to George when you visit the Scottsdale restaurant.
