Do you Know these FACTS of what the US Government has done with Government JOBs?
Here’s the History of California Government Offices and their illegal employee hiring process and is now in place in Arizona!
Here’s a brief history, going back in the early 2000’s when a US Citizen went to go to a California government office for court, for deeds and licenses, or for public services, you walked into a large office laid out like a bank with teller windows. In California there were Spanish/Mexican translators standing by these teller windows ready to help any Mexicans that needed translation with White Americans working behind the teller windows. Within just a few years things changed dramatically where there were no more translators at these windows, instead all the WHITE American workers were removed and ONLY Mexican Americans got these jobs. So it became the status quota that these jobs were now for Mexicans fluent in Spanish/Mexican Language. So we need to see the priority and importance was shifted from helping All Americans to a priority of helping Mexicans FIRST!. Jobs in California became a priority FIRST for Mexicans at US Government offices.
I’m sorry but did we miss something? Mexicans are hired based on RACE and NOT QUALIFICATIONS?
When hiring don’t we need to always ask these important questions first. What is the official school-leaving age in Mexico?
Most Mexicans today do not complete education beyond lower secondary (middle school, or around 9th grade). Over 93% of Mexican children complete lower secondary school (9th grade), and primary completion rates (6th grade) are well above 100% for the relevant age group, meaning nearly all children finish at least primary school.
Education Attainment Statistics
- About 93% of Mexican children complete lower secondary education (up to 9th grade).
- Primary school (up to 6th grade) completion rates exceed 100%, reflecting universal or near-universal completion.
- Only about 58% of young Mexicans (aged 25-34) have completed upper secondary education (high school: up to 12th grade), meaning around 42% do not go beyond 9th grade.
Key Points
- The majority of Mexicans do finish at least up to 9th grade, but a substantial proportion do not proceed to high school graduation.
- Older generations may have lower attainment, but current statistics show most young people reach at least the end of middle school.
It is true that a significant portion of the adult population does not progress past the 9th grade, with high school completion still not universal.
How old is a 9th grader in Mexico?
A 9th grader in Mexico is typically 14 to 15 years old, as secundaría (grades 7-9) covers ages 12 to 15 in the Mexican school system. Ninth grade, or “tercero de secundaria,” is the final year of mandatory lower secondary education, usually completed by students who have just turned 15. (4)
Is a Mexican 9th grader fluent in Spanish, reading, writing and math?
Most 9th graders in Mexico can speak Spanish fluently, as Spanish is both the national language and the primary language of instruction. However, national test scores and education assessments show that many students have significant gaps in reading, writing, and math by the end of 9th grade. A majority attain basic literacy, but only a minority perform at “proficient” levels in reading, writing, and especially mathematics. (5)
Spanish Language Fluency
- Mexican 9th graders are almost universally fluent in spoken Spanish unless they are from predominantly indigenous-language communities.
- Reading and writing skills are present in most but with widely varying levels of complexity and comprehension.
Academic Skills
- National assessments routinely show that many 9th graders struggle with advanced reading comprehension and academic writing tasks.
- Math achievement is especially challenging, with many students performing below grade-level expectations.
In summary, most Mexican 9th graders are oral Spanish speakers but not all have strong reading, writing, or math proficiency by the end of secundaria. (6)
Is a Mexican 9th grader fluent in English, reading, writing and math?
Mexican 9th graders generally have low fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking. English proficiency in Mexico ranks low globally, with only about 5-12% of the population speaking English to some degree. The average level for most English learners, including students, falls around A2 to B1 on the CEFR scale, meaning elementary to intermediate proficiency, which is insufficient for full academic fluency in reading and writing. (1) (2) (3)
English Fluency in 9th Grade
- English is typically introduced as a mandatory subject starting around 4th grade, but proficiency remains low by 9th grade. (2)
- Most 9th graders in Mexico have basic or limited English skills, often struggling with complex reading, writing, and conversational tasks. (3)
- English proficiency is higher in urban areas and regions close to the U.S. border but even there it rarely reaches fluency at the middle school level.
Summary
- Mexican 9th graders are generallynot fluent in English and have limited reading, writing, and speaking skills in the language at this educational stage. (3)
The BIG question is, if a 9th Grade Mexican child can’t read or write in Spanish/Mexican, THEN how can they read or write in ENGLISH?
Can an American child with a 9th Grade education get a JOB in the USA? The answer is 100% NO!
However, a Mexican with a 9th Grade education can get a US Government JOB absolutely. WOW!
This is RACE and LANGUAGE Discrimination and the US Government is BREAKING EVERY LAW ON THE BOOKS that are there to protect Americans from this kind of JOB Discrimination.
How can a Mexican with a 9th Grade education and the mind of a 14 to 15 year old hold a Government Job in California and in Arizona?
This tells us the state of the who is NOW running our government offices in the USA. From the migrant crop fields the Mexican 9th grader have been promoted to a US Government OFFICE job where they are clearly UNQUALIFIED and have not been tested over other White Americans because the US Governments AGENDA is CLEARLY Mexicans first, NOT White American FIRST.
Recently It’s been reported that jobs at the Arizona Department of Economic Security are being held by a majority of Mexicans, over Black Americans and White Americans this is a HUGE CASE for DISCRIMINATION against WHITE AMERICANS based on RACE and Language Requirements.
The USA is an English language speaking country, we don’t require Americans to speak Chinese, Japanese, Hindi, Bengali, Russian, German, or French or any other foreign language but require Americans to Speak Spanish/Mexican in order to get a US government job. This is clearly RACE and LANGUAGE Discrimination and the US Government is BREAKING EVERY LAW ON THE BOOKS that are there to protect Americans from this kind of JOB Discrimination.
First the US Government outsourced all technology jobs to foreign countries like India and Canada during the Clinton and Obama days (case in point $2B in funding for Obamacare went to India which failed and couldn’t deliver and then the jobs went to Canada) not one of these jobs were giving to any US companies, and NOW we’re giving all inside government jobs to Mexican minorities who are generally NOT QUALIFIED in reading, writing or math skills of a basic 9th grader.
White Americans seeking assistance from Economic Security like Food stamps, EBT, Housing, and Cash Assistance are being interviewed by Mexican 9th Grade education personnel. It used to be just 25 years ago, we Americans interviewed Mexicans, so what happened here?
