Here’s the Process to working with us:

1) Provide us with your dream home floor plan design whether it’s a hand drawn sketch or a completed architectural design. We will use this floor plan to create a 3D rendering of the home for steel framing.

2) Additionally, we will need photos of your dream home from samples that you have found from anywhere online or that you have photographed. This styling design of the home will be used for the 3D design.

3) You’ll need to make 2 purchases one for the 3D rendering design and the other for an optional Animated Walk Through of the home. Both links are provided below.

4) Once you’ve signed off on the completed look of the 3D home, then we can begin the process of giving you building estimate/cost for you.
