• Chowder soup: Was Excellent
• Lobster Bisque soup: Way too salty….never add salt to a Lobster Bisque soup
• Calamari: Not sure what this was? Too tough and had no flavor other than oily taste
• Ahi-Poke-Tuna: Tuna had no flavor was more like a nothing burger
• Fish-Chips: Fries were Great, Fish was over cooked yet still had the Cod juice when biting into it.
• Lemonade: was very tasty
• Bloody Mary: was good, but not the greatest
• Credit Card was over charged by $20.00

As a customer I’ve never authorized charging 20% over my purchase amount. I always leave a CASH TIP as a GIFT so my generosity to my server is better appreciated, however I don’t want to have any merchant or merchant services take advantage of my business by charging a 20% fee, even if they refund me 24 to 48 hours later. That said, I have not received any refund from the over charge of $120.

Taking funds out of my account deprives me the use of those funds no matter how small it is at $20 in this case. I strongly suggest whatever policies you have in place as a restaurant you ONLY charge your customers the final bill. Adding extra for your convenience is not my convenience and honestly, bankers have been caught stealing just 1 penny from their own customers per transaction netting them millions of dollars a DAY. If merchants are doing this to your customers they are in fact netting BILLIONS of dollars by over charging your customers. This cash flow to your merchant services is a HUGE financial benefit to them, whereby as a customer I have no gain, just a LOSS!
